Damien Edmonds is a strategic marketing professional and General Manager of Edmonds Marketing. Damien has diverse experience across marketing, planning, research, and business development.
He spent over 25 years developing expertise in senior roles with large media and marketing firms in Australia and the UK including Neilsen Media Research, Murdoch Magazines, Zenith Media, and Eye Corp. Locally, he was part of the team responsible for the successful launch of Men’s Health magazine into the Australian market, as well as the launch of the go via brand and free-flow tolling to southeast Queensland.
Over the past several years, Damien has been facilitating customer-orientated sessions with in-house teams, encouraging a collective understanding of how to create, communicate and deliver value for their customers and stakeholders.
Damien follows in the footsteps of his grandfather, who managed a trusted advertising firm in Brisbane in the 1970s.
Damien holds Bachelors of Business in Advertising, Marketing & Economics, and a Graduate Certificate in Business & Technology. He is a Certified Practising Facilitator, as well as a Fellow and Certified Practicing Marketer with the Australian Marketing Institute (FAMI, CPM).
