Damien Edmonds is a strategic marketing professional and General Manager of Edmonds Marketing. Damien has diverse experience across client-side marketing, agency planning, media research, and media sales.
Damien spent over 25 years developing expertise in senior roles with large media and marketing firms in Australia and the UK including Neilsen Media Research, Murdoch Magazines, Zenith Media, and Eye Corp.
Locally, he was part of the team responsible for the successful launch of Men’s Health magazine into the Australian market, as well as the launch of Queensland Motorways’ go via brand and free-flow tolling to southeast Queensland.
Damien follows in the footsteps of his grandfather, who managed a trusted advertising firm in Brisbane in the 1970s.
Damien holds Bachelors of Business in Advertising, Marketing & Economics, as well as Graduate Certificate in Business & Technology, along with number of professional affiliations:
- Board member of Volunteering Queensland
- Certified practising facilitator with Australian Institute of Management (Qld)
- Fellow and certified practicing marketer with the Australian Marketing Institute.
